I am continuing the voltage tests on the system. We are getting a good 12.2 volts at the batteries. The converter/charger is putting out the correct voltages at all three stages of charging, but I am only reading 8 to 9 volts at the Distribution Panel.

Something is sucking up my volts! We did find out in our testing that the disconnect relay was intermittent. I will replace it.

Tomorrow I am going to unhook every thing in the battery box and check connections in there.
