Deb was up at 6:30 AM today to start baking. She is making one loaf in a loaf pan and another “free form” on a cookie sheet. The one in the loaf pan is rising nicely, but the one on the cookie sheet is spreading out on the sheet as it rises. She thinks it needs to be in a basket until it finishes rising.

The rig smells unbelievable! The first loaf came out great and Deb put the second loaf in the now empty loaf pan and it came out just as good as the first.

So now we have bread and some good starter.
