During the rain over the last few days, it seams the little hole in the tree leaves we where getting our satellite TV signal through has closed. Last night the signal went from intermittent to none. Since we have been here the trees have gone from bare branches to buds and now to full foliage. The satellite dish on the roof of the rig is now seeing nothing but leaves. The satellites are very low in the southern sky in Maine, from 19º to 37º, so they are very easily blocked by trees.

                                          

We need a satellite dish on a tripod and a hole in the tree canopy looking at an azimuth of 238.8º and an elevation of 30.5 º and. We have a dish and I think I found a hole in the trees near the rear of the motor home.

I’m off to the nearest Radio Shack in Topsham, ME to get a tripod, some cable and various other parts.
